From our initial contact with Pitched, they were informative about the site, how it would work and listened about our requirements. Pitched set up a trial demo for us to try out the system, they did a online tutorial whilst we were on the phone to talk us through the system and then we were able to try out the site for a couple of weeks before we made a decision.

I completed a free trial with another booking system who had not been transparent about what their fees would be so despite spending hours setting it up I did not feel it was worth what they were asking.
